Bailey was born and raised in West Chester, Ohio. Where she has played volleyball since she was 8 years old. Started playing club at the age of 11 at Cincy Classics. Ended her club career at NKJV for 17 and 18’s. She went to Lakota West and played three years on varsity and was a captain for her senior year. During her senior year she committed to play Division II volleyball at Alderson Broaddus in Philippi, West Virginia. Bailey played all 6 rotations during her freshman year, DS her sophomore year and surprise, setter for her junior and senior year. She was captain for her junior and senior year in college as well. Bailey graduated with her Bachelors of Exercise Science in 2019, then went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Mount Saint Joseph in 2022.

Her coaching experience started in high school coaching CYO for St. John's West Chester boys and girls of all ages for 4 years. Then helped coach the Men’s team at her undergraduate for all four years. Once back home, she helped coach boys and girls at Mother Theresa’s for 7th and 8th grade ages.

Bailey recently started a Physical Therapy job at Jewish Hospital and this will be her first-year coaching OPVC and is super excited to be back coaching!
