Andrea Rini

9-1 Head Coach / 12-1 Assistant Coach

Andrea Rini started playing when she was in middle school in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and went on to lead her high school team, Mt. Lebanon, to two consecutive runner-up state championships in the largest division in Pennsylvania. She also started playing club volleyball around the same time for Penn Jrs (known now as Renaissance Volleyball Club) located in Pittsburgh.

After high school, Andrea received a D1 athletic scholarship from Marshall University where she was a setter. Throughout her summers during college, Andrea would travel around the state of Ohio and run high school volleyball camps on behalf of The Ohio State University where her two younger sisters also earned volleyball scholarships from.

After college, Andrea started a family and took some time away from volleyball but would volunteer to coach with the local high school volleyball team when she was available. She is excited to be getting re-engaged with the volleyball community here in Ohio and excited to be a part of the OPVC family!
