This is Erica’s 4th season coaching at OPVC. Erica has been coaching at Fairfield HS for 2 years, and prior to that she was the varsity assistant coach at Lakota East High School. Erica has also coached boys' and girls' volleyball for 7 years at Sacred Heart in the GCCYS league.

She is from Northeast Ohio, where she played varsity volleyball all 4 years and was ECOL player of the year her senior year. Erica is a graduate of Miami University and continues to play indoor and outdoor volleyball competitively.

Outside of coaching, Erica is a software developer at The Cincinnati Insurance. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching her kids in their various sports.
