Erin joined OPVC in 2021 and has coached athletes across the 10U, 11U, and 12U levels. She also coaches in the Sycamore Youth Volleyball League and brings extensive experience working with developing athletes.

Erin is known for being intentional and using what she sees from her athletes in competition to shape practices and identify what the team needs next. She provides specific, actionable feedback and challenges players to make adjustments and push beyond their comfort zones while maintaining a positive environment. Families have consistently highlighted her ability to help athletes grow while keeping them excited to come to practice.

Erin played club volleyball in high school and continued playing in volleyball leagues throughout college, bringing her own experience and passion for the sport into her coaching.

Outside of volleyball, Erin enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family.
