17-2 Head Coach
WELCOME TO OPVC!
Karlie joins OPVC this season as the Head Coach of our 17-2 National team, bringing 10 years of coaching experience across girls club, boys and girls high school, and girls junior high volleyball. Throughout her coaching career, she has coached more than 20 teams and worked with athletes who have gone on to compete at the NCAA Division I, II, and III levels.
Karlie began playing volleyball at age 12 and continued her career at Mount St. Joseph University. During her collegiate career, she contributed on both sides of the ball, including matches where she led the Lions offensively and defensively. As a senior, Karlie recorded a 12-kill, 19-dig performance while hitting .310 against Rose-Hulman and was selected to the HCAC All-Sportsmanship Team.
With experience coaching athletes across a wide range of ages and levels, Karlie takes pride in developing both individual players and complete teams. She is passionate about helping athletes reach their potential while fostering the confidence and love for volleyball that will stay with them beyond a single season.
Outside of coaching, Karlie works in finance and continues to play competitively in both indoor and sand volleyball.
