Luke Ruschman joins the OPVC coaching staff after spending the past four seasons as a player in the OPVC boys program. Luke began playing volleyball in grade school, where his teams won four consecutive city championships, and he has continued his playing career at St. Xavier High School, where he is entering his senior year.

Luke already brings three seasons of coaching experience, having coached 6th, 7th, and 8th grade teams at St. Margaret of York. As a coach, he enjoys teaching the fundamentals of the game while helping athletes develop into more complete players and teammates.

Having recently experienced the club volleyball environment as an athlete himself, Luke brings a valuable player perspective to the gym and is excited to give back to the game and help develop this group of OPVC athletes.
