Three Forms are required for OPVC tryouts:

3. Printed medical release form (click here, BRING TO TRYOUTS) *For team, put age group*

We realize there are many overlaps between club tryouts, so we welcome players to come at any time during our tryouts. HOWEVER, being at OPVC's entire tryout allows for the best overall evaluation for players. 

 

If a player is interested in attending our club tryouts and cannot make the times and days for their age group, please contact Ginger at ginger@ohiopremiervc.com. We will have callbacks for our 14U tryouts. For our 14U team tryouts it is highly encouraged that all players interested attend our first day of tryouts but if you absolutely cannot make the first day of our 14U tryouts please contact Ginger and we can look at making an exception to only attend our call backs BUT the more we see a player the better we can evaluate them. We know this will be a busy weekend for club tryouts.  We will do our best to accommodate all players that are interested in trying out at OPVC.

 

Tryouts are closed, meaning parents are not allowed to stay in the facility during tryouts. Parents can come inside for check in.

Players can attend one or both days of our 15U - 18U tryouts but you only have to register once.

*All tryout age group days and times are subject to change so it is important to check back as we get closer to our tryouts.

An email will be sent 2-3 days before tryouts start to all registered players with detailed information about tryouts including check-in procedure, what to bring, and confirmed days and times among other important information.
