4th-9th grade Girls
BUILD YOUR SKILL!
Ohio Premier Build the Skills clinics will focus on a specific individual skills such as passing, setting, attacking, defense and serving. These clinics are designed to provide you with high level, specific training techniques to improve your game. The focus will be on improving your individual skills, so there will not be any team and/or group volleyball concepts taught.

STARTING IN JUNE - All registrations will be for their current grade.

JUMP SERVING
The focus will be on learning and perfecting the correct technique for the jump float serve. Players will learn the proper rhythm, footwork and toss to execute a jump float serve. This clinic is for anyone desiring to learn how to jump serve and/or become a better jump server.

PASSING/SERVING
The focus will be on all things passing! Passing and Serving are the two most important skills in Volleyball. Players will learn proper techniques, correct platform angle, posture, footwork, and movement to improve players passing abilities and control the ball to the setter. A small amount of time will focus on serving.

ATTACKING
Hitting, Hitting and more Hitting! Players will work on proper hitting footwork, arm swing, and contact on the ball along with blocking and proper transition off the net technique to be able to attack the ball over the net.
