Coach Amanda has coached volleyball for 7 years, 4 of that as head varsity coach at Monroe HS. During her time at Monroe she helped bring the program back to life guiding the team to consecutive winning seasons, district champs and sectional runners up. She was voted coach of the year in the SWBL. Her approach to volleyball is built on the importance of strong mental toughness, a willingness to try new things and putting the team as a whole, first.

Amanda played varsity volleyball throughout HS and went on to play D2 volleyball at the University of Cincinnati- Clermont Campus where she led the league winning team in blocks. She continues to play competitive indoor and sand volleyball. 

Outside of volleyball, Amanda works for Xenia School District as a program coordinator managing a program for students experiencing homelessness. She also enjoys spending time taking mission trips with her church and hiking with her dog Daffodil.
