Paulo is highly passionate about developing players to become confident and motivated individuals that thrive on and off the court. Before coaching at OPVC, he coached club in Huntsville, Alabama for United Volleyball Club. He continues to play competitive indoor and beach volleyball in his free time. Outside of coaching and playing, he workds at GE Aerospace as a mechanical engineer. Paulo has spent two years assisting our 14-2 team!
