Boys Elite Positional Sessions (Pin Hitters/Defensive Specialists)

These Elite Positional Training sessions are a great opportunity for high school players to train specific skills before club tryouts. Learn from OPVC's Mike Berkemeier how to truly excel at your position. These trainings are for all skill levels and all players are welcome to participate even if you did not play for OPVC last club season. Everyone is welcome! PIN HITTERS: Elite positional training is for high school pin hitters who wish to excel by working through the detailed elements of playing six rotations as an outside hitter or opposite hitter - proper defensive and offensive footwork, transitioning, and body positioning, arm swing, hitting a variety of sets and shots, blocking technique, passing technique, defensive reads, serve receive, and serving.

DEFENSIVE SPECIALISTS: Elite positional training is for high school liberos and defensive specialists who wish to excel by working through the detailed elements of playing backrow- proper defensive footwork, transitioning, and body positioning, passing technique,  defensive reads, playing out-of-system, serve receive, and serving.
