covid-19 update 4/3/20
Dear RGSA & OPVC Families,
After the excitement of building this new facility and being able to see all the happy families enjoy our new RGSA home, it is in disbelief that we are going through something so devastating as this COVID-19 Virus.
Our promise to you and your children, is that we plan on coming back even stronger than before. That being said, with the new Stay at Home order from the Governor of the State of Ohio we will be extending our closure until May 1st.
We understand the stress and hardship this COVID-19 virus is putting on all families within the RGSA community. We want everyone to know that we will not be billing any clients until we can reopen our doors and welcome back all of our families.
Our plan is to extend our March/April session however many weeks that we are closed and we will be carrying over all makeups throughout the summer.
Example: If we get to start back up May 15th, we will then hold 2 weeks of classes which would cover the missed last 2 weeks of March. Then those of you who have already paid, will not be charged until what would then be the start of the next session.
Those of you who have already paid, will not be charged until what would then be the start of the next session. For the families that do not wish to continue at this time you must send an email to with the child’s name and the class that you wish to have an end date of 3/31/20 posted to your account.
Everyone will receive 2 makeups that they can carry over into summer for the 2 missed March classes. If you have already paid for April and still wish to put in a March 31st end date we will credit your RGSA account for the month of April. All training team players will receive a separate email with plans moving forward.
Thank you for believing in us and thank you for trusting us to teach and mentor life’s most precious treasures, your children. Lastly, more than can be expressed in words, thank you for your continued support.
