Doug Ruschman

This is Doug's second year with OPVC. Doug has coached both girls and boys volleyball at St. Margaret of York (SMOY) in Loveland since 2014. His girls and boys volleyball teams have won multiple regular season and tournament championships, claiming the city championship in the GCCYS multiple times. His 2022 boys squad went undefeated, claiming another city title. Regardless of wins and losses, Coach Ruschman's teams are known for competitive play in a very fun environment.

Off the court, Coach Ruschman serves full-time in administration at Xavier University while also teaching one course. He and his wife have three children - and all are current or former volleyball players.
