Doug Ruschman

Doug joined OPVC in 2022. He has coached both girls and boys volleyball at St. Margaret of York (SMOY) in Loveland since 2014. Doug's teams are known for competitive play in a very fun environment. Off the court, Coach Ruschman serves full-time in administration at Xavier University while also teaching one course. He and his wife have three children - and all are current or former OPVC and high school volleyball players.
