Kate McWaters
Boys Club Assistant Director, Player and Team Development, Boys Club Advisory Board
Kate's volleyball experience includes coaching teams in the GCCYS, Cincinnati Premier Youth Volleyball teams, and Ohio Premier Volleyball Club, working with girls and boys club teams, camps, and instructional classes. Her 2021-22 Ohio Premier boys 12-1 team finished first place at the Midwest Boys Point Series and the OVR Holiday Classic, and fifth place in 12 Open at AAU Nationals.
Kate graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and earned her Master's in Education from Xavier University. Her professional experience is in higher education admissions and secondary education counseling and administration.
She’s been playing and coaching volleyball since she found her volleyball passion growing up in central Iowa. Kate believes volleyball is an ultimate team sport that can teach athletes so much more than volleyball skills.
