Zoe Conway

Zoe joins the OPVC full time staff after completing graduate school at Xavier University & serving as their graduate assistant coach for the 2024 and 2025 collegiate season. She joined the Musketeers after four years as a Division I athlete at Ball State University. Zoe helped coach the Xavier University Volleyball team during the program’s third all-time appearance in NCAA Division 1 Tournament. Along the way, Zoe and the entire Xavier volleyball coaching staff were recognized as the 2025 Big East D1 Coaching Staff of the Year. Zoe also brings coaching experience from her time with the 15 Open team for two seasons at Munciana Volleyball while attending Ball State.

In her four years as a student athlete, Zoe helped the Ball State team to an 80-40 overall record and a 54-21 record in the Mid American Conference. During the 2021, season, her team won the MAC tournament and advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament after defeating Michigan in round one. This 30-4 season was the most successful season in Ball State volleyball history. In high school, Zoe recorded 1,100 digs, 187 aces, and 147 assists in her four year varsity career. She led her team to three IHSAA State Championship matches!

Zoe graduated from Xavier University’s graduate program with a master’s degree in Sports Management, and from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a coaching minor. 

OPVC is thrilled to have Zoe joining our full time staff where she will lead and develop our youth volleyball programs including our classes, training teams, camps, clinics and all other non club programming!
